What are the minimum stay and arrival times?
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00, in Crete local time.
How many guests can stay?
The four bedrooms have standard sleeping spaces for eight guests. A sofa bed may offer additional sleeping space. Accommodation for up to ten guests is subject to confirmation of the sofa bed and the permitted total occupancy.
Is the villa suitable for families?
Four en-suite bedrooms, a garden, kitchen and outdoor areas offer space for family time. The pool is openly accessible and 1.50 m deep. Children must always be supervised around the pool.
How large and deep is the pool?
The private pool measures approximately 25 m² and is 1.50 m deep. It is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the villa.
Are Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room and private parking are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. The private grounds have parking spaces for up to five cars. A carport behind the house provides covered parking. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available in a separate utility room.
Would a hire car be useful?
We recommend a hire car for shopping, beaches and trips from Paleloni. We are happy to help you contact automattis, run by a long-standing friend of Niko, with airport collection at Chania or Heraklion by arrangement. Ask us about car hire ↗
