Built in 2023, this two-storey villa sits in the village of Paleloni, in the green countryside of Apokoronas. It is part of a small development of three independent villas, each with its own pool. Views reach across the Cretan landscape towards the White Mountains.

Inside are four en-suite bedrooms, an additional guest WC, a living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have double beds; two have single beds that can be placed together or separately. A sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option in the living room.

Enjoy the outdoors together

The fenced private plot includes a landscaped garden, private parking and a private pool of approximately 25 m², 1.50 m deep. The covered barbecue area has a large table for shared meals outdoors.

Both upstairs bedrooms provide direct access to the spacious roof terrace, where you can enjoy the views and time under the open sky.

Paleloni, Vamos and the coast

Explore cafes and tavernas in the surrounding villages. Nearby Vamos offers shops for everyday needs, a bakery, pharmacy, bank and more places to eat.

Ombrosgialos and the beaches of Almyrida, Kalyves and Georgioupolis offer different options for a day at the sea. Chania's old town is another rewarding trip.
